2g of k-Lactone per sach.  35 imes stronger than your traditional kava teas that are sold in store. 
 
This is a propritary blended tea with micronized kava, lavender, chamomile,  coco nibs and other herbs. Creating a light but heavenly taste, brew alone or with a M. Speciosa Tea of your choice and enjoy your day or night.
 
 
 
Directions:
Brew 3 grams of Kava Tea with 180 degrees water. Add a little milk if you like or honey and sip resposibly!
